Fees and Rebates

Private and Mental Health Treatment Plan Sessions - $265.00

The session fee is paid by you during each session, charged automatically to the credit card you will save to your file, with a paid invoice emailed to you.

If we are provided with a valid GP, Paediatrician or Psychiatrist referral, Medicare rebates are available for up to 10 sessions per calendar year as follows:

Medicare Rebate: $141.85 (paid back to you by Medicare within two business days)
Out-of-Pocket Fee: $123.15

NDIS Sessions (Plan-Managed and Self-Managed Participants Only) - $222.99 (in line with NDIS pricing guidelines)

If self-managed: the session fee is paid by you during each session, charged automatically to the credit card you will save to your file, with a paid invoice emailed to you.

If plan-managed: an invoice will be emailed by us directly to your plan managers for payment.

Fees for NDIS sessions will increase in line with any future changes to the NDIS ‘Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits’ guide. There is no ‘out-of-pocket’ fee for clients attending using NDIS funding.
